If you sell products in California, you may need a Seller’s Permit (CDTFA). I help you set it up and help with reporting. This covers:
Register your Seller’s Permit
Setup your CDTFA account
Help with sales tax reporting
Ongoing help if needed

An EIN is a number for your business, like a Social Security number. You need it to open a business bank account, hire employees, and handle taxes.
We handle the EIN application process for you by preparing and submitting everything needed so your business is set up correctly.
-
A Fictitious Business Name (DBA) is required if you are operating under a name different from your legal name or LLC name. This applies to both sole proprietors and LLCs.
Example: If Guadalupe Lopez runs a business as “Lopez Cleaning” as a sole proprietor, she needs a DBA. If she has “Lopez Services LLC” but wants to use “Lopez Cleaning,” she also needs a DBA.
We prepare your documents and personally submit them to Stanislaus County on your behalf.

If you have employees, you need clear rules.
An employee handbook helps your team know what to do, how to act, and what is expected. It also helps protect your business if problems come up.
It helps keep things fair for everyone and gives you clear rules to follow if issues happen.
We create a handbook for your business that follows California labor laws, so you’re set up the right way from the start.
Handbooks are available in English and Spanish to support your full team.
Includes:
Custom employee handbook
Clear rules and policies for your team
Built to follow California laws
