Cali Pro Business Services provides legal document preparation services for business formation and related administrative support.
Our role is to prepare and submit documents based on the information provided by the client.
We assist wi document preparation and filing, but we do not provide legal advice or legal representation.
Legal Disclosure
Cali Pro Business Services is a Registered and Bonded Legal Document Preparer in the State of California.
We are not attorneys and cannot provide legal advice.
If legal advice is needed, you should consult a licensed attorney.
Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when requesting services.
Cali Pro Business Services is not responsible for errors, delays, or rejected filings caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.
Clients should review all information submitted to ensure accuracy before documents are prepared and filed.
Fees
Service fees cover the document preparation, administrative processing, and filing assistance for the services requested.
Government filing fees and other third-party costs are separate unless specifically stated as included.
Authorization to Prepare Document
By submitting information through this website or requesting services, you authorize Cali Pro Business Services to prepare and submit documents on your behalf using the information you provide.
You acknowledge that the information provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge and understand that the accuracy of submitted information is your responsibility.
Refund PolicY
Due to the nature of document preparation services, service fees are generally non-refundable once work has begun. Work typically begins shortly after client information is submitted and document preparation starts.
However, limited exceptions may apply.
If the California Secretary of State denies the LLC filing and the issue cannot be corrected or resubmitted, a partial refund may be issued for services that were not completed.
State filing fees and other government fees are non-refundable once submitted.
Processing and Government Approval
Cali Pro Business Services prepares and submits documents based on the information provided by the client.
Final approval of business filings is determined by the California Secretary of State or the appropriate government agency. We cannot guarantee approval decisions, processing times, or timelines controlled by government agencies.
From time to time, Cali Pro Business Services may send updates, service announcements, or educational information related to starting or operating a business.
